Wait... what is Be The Claw?

Be The Claw website is intended for people of all ages, who enjoy playing skill cranes, a.k.a. claw machines. Skill cranes have been around for many decades and have become the most popular arcade machines all over the world.

In an episode of SpongeBob SquarePants, titled "Skill Crane", SpongeBob's tip to Squidward for winning from the claw machine is to "be the crane". Be The Claw name is reference to that phrase, along with a nod to "the claw" in Toy Story.

Contrary to popular belief, the ability to win a prize can depend as much on the crane in question as it does on the player.
